It’s always refreshing to find a new and inventive way to enjoy lemon. The Lemon Lush is an icy treat with a twist-it’s made from frozen lemon sorbet, which makes for the perfect summertime dessert! We were surprised by how ice cold this one was, too.

Lush Lemon is a tiered dessert with a pecan crust, lemon cheesecake, lemon pudding, and whipped topping with additional pecans on top. Another favorite lemon dish is my Lemon Cream Cheese Dump Cake.
Lush Lemon
Lemon sweets are taken to a whole new level with these dessert bars. It all begins with my Piggy Pie Dessert’s pecan crust. After that, I put a layer of lemony cream cheese from my Lemon Mousse on top, followed by a layer of lemon pudding. Finally, I topped the bars with additional pecans and whipped topping.
Ingredients in Bars
The pecan crust, Layer of Cream Cheese, lemon pudding, and topping are the four components of this delicacy.
I used pecans in both the crust and the topping. If you like, walnuts may be substituted.
Before creating the Layer of Cream Cheese, make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature.
Use 2 boxes of lemon instant pudding mix for the pudding. And, sure, the pudding’s taste may be changed!
You may use storebought whipped topping or create your own whipped topping. If you manufacture your own, ensure that it reaches stiff peaks and that it is kept refrigerated at all times.
What exactly is a luscious dessert?
Lush desserts are generally layered desserts that are rich, creamy, and luscious! Lush Lemon is also known as lemon delight or lemon lasagna because of all the layers in it. You may have seen different flavors of this dessert from chocolate to pistachio, among others.
How to Store Lush Lemon
Keep the tiered dessert covered in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. This dessert can also be frozen. Allow it to defrost in the refrigerator before serving.
